Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your unconditional love for me. Forgive me for all my sins. I open my heart to believe and receive Jesus as my personal Lord and Saviour. I thank You for the gift of eternal life. And I commit to trusting and obeying You from this day forward. Please make me the kind of person you want me to be. I love You and pray all of this in the mighty and loving name of Jesus Christ, my Saviour. Amen.
